The purpose of the program is to provide you with technical standards and general guidance for construction, inspection, maintenance and repair of all types of roof systems. We provide responsible, integrated roof management advice, and, work with the business owner, contractors or designer to ensure a smooth and cost effective roof construction, maintenance and/or replacement process.
We take precautionary steps before customizing a roof management program, based on client specific needs.
Identify Needs
We conduct a detailed visual roof inspection, analyze your current situation and review accumulated customer data.
Submit Recommendations
We submit a detailed recommendations report with a roof condition analysis. We also make maintenance and replacement recommendations, assess priorities and recommend a systems and materials specifier.
Implement Program
We may conduct a pre-job meeting or inspection to oversee the construction, repair or maintenance progress and ensure compliance with specifications.
Follow-Through and Inspection
We are available to be on site for a final inspection to insure you are issued a long-term warrantee. We will work with you to gauge the results of the program are accountable if any adjustments need to be made.
